According to the Idaho Press Tribune:
On Wednesday, investigators from the Marshal’s Task Force learned Dominguez was hiding at a residence in south Nampa. Officers from several agencies including the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office, the Treasure Valley Metro Violent Crime and Gang Task Force; and the City County Narcotics Unit responded to assist in the operation. Investigators requested the assistance of the Nampa Police Department and the Nampa Police Department Tactical Response Team.
Channel 6 KPVI News reported that Dominguez in August pleaded guilty to three counts of felony injury with infliction of great bodily harm after police say his 2-month-old twin boys suffered broken ribs, legs and toes, as well as head trauma that had them hospitalized in May and June.
