123idaho recently had a sit down with AXS CEO Troy McClain at his office in Boise Idaho. This dynamic leader, philanthropist, motivational speaker and business consultant shared some of his thoughts and reflections about nature and beauty as spring turns into summer.
Troy said:
“The first of April is the day we remember what we are the other 364 days of the year,” wrote Mark Twain. Spring is a rebirth, a renewing of an abundant fund of energy and vigor. Hope blossoms as thoughts of “April showers, May flowers” and other poetic concepts.
As June turns the summer heat up, Troy looked back to spring and spoke of the transition.
He continued:
In April, the life-giving Sun is in its exaltation sign of Aries or Leo; its home. We enter the sea of life on the crest-wave and can ride this power in the conquest to “Be, Do and Have” all we desire. On this journey, our GIN training equips us to experience success, not just hope, wish or dream about success. Turn your dreams into reality. It is fun to dream about things we desire, but, at the end of the day, don’t we all want to actually have those things?
During spring, the axis of the Earth is increasing its tilt relative to the Sun, and the length of daylight is rapidly increasing for the relevant hemisphere. The hemisphere begins to warm significantly causing new plant growth to “spring forth,” giving the season its name. Snow, if a normal part of winter, begins to melt and streams swell with runoff. Frosts, if a normal part of winter, become less severe.
As this natural warmth and light comes into our lives, it is an amazing opportunity to spring your life forward. When you come into an awareness of such energies and capabilities, they allow all things into our lives to prove their existence. Having your life go your way, with total abundance coming your way, is natural. Choose to be natural. As GIN faculty members Melinda and Don Boyer say: “Look at the beauty of an apple in its full glory when it’s ripe on a tree. That is natural beauty. That apple does not need plastic surgery, or Botox, or heavy make-up to make it beautiful. It is beautiful in its natural state.”
YOU are beautiful in your natural state! Tapping into the deeper meaning of spring allows you to express your true beauty by living in the law of love. Love is not reflected in words alone, but more in the realm of action. Don’t say you love, “Show” your love. Love never fails. My goal each day is to love more and express that love in action. We had a Spectacular time last month in Cancun at our Leadership Retreat. I want to thank our GIN Family for being a part of it. There is no greater joy than working for months and then going to a gorgeous resort to spend quality time near picturesque beaches with Family. It’s the truest form of love, something we experience at every GIN event. If you are not attending our events, you are missing out on an unparalleled source of energetic power.
Many times, we may be tempted to use the excuse that we are too busy to attend GIN events or to study our levels. After all, we are living in a fast-paced and often hectic world. However, what I have found to be true is this problem is much more deep rooted than the lack of time. It really goes down to two main reasons:
- We do not believe (in our hearts) that the trainings and gatherings will help us achieve our dreams.
- We really don’t want what we say we want.
I have found the answer to such low expectations in the words of the great poet, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow: “If Spring came but once in a century instead of once a year, or burst forth with the sound of an earthquake, and not in silence, what wonder and expectation there would be in all hearts to behold the miraculous change!”
Believe in your power for miraculous change! I Desire the best. Expect abundance. Go about your “Spring Training” like a major league baseball player who already knows he is preparing for big-time games.
In spring, moisture helps plants gain nourishment and strength by enabling their deep roots to gain a foothold in the soil. Our beliefs are deep-rooted in our subconscious mind even though our conscious mind believes and acknowledges the exact opposite.
Now on to summer: warmth, heat, love … SUCCESS!
You must get summer inside you. We are an energy-based movement.
