At the Treasure Valley Family YMCA, we think health and fitness is for everybody, at any age. And this summer, men and women 50 and older will compete in more than 50 events in the Idaho Senior Games.
This year’s Idaho Senior Games are qualifiers for the National Senior Games 2011 in Houston, Texas. National qualification draws many additional registrations. Please join us for this fun fitness event, because the best investment we can all make is in our health!
